Mary Goulding is a social worker. is a leading example of Transactional Analysis. Redecision therapy was developed by her and her husband Robert Goulding. They co-authored two books about their approach to group and family therapy. There is an edited volume about the Redecision model. Mary is a Teaching Member of the International Transactional Analysis Association and a member of the Board of Trustees. The School of Social Welfare at the University of California, Berkeley granted her the M.S.W. in 1960.
