• Recognize the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) as a diagnostic and treatment modality, define the nomenclature and terminology of the FDM, and identify six principal types of Fascial Distortions.

He went to medical school at the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Perkins has served on the Board of Directors of the American Fascial Distortion Model Association for the past 13 years. His current practice is focused on Primary Care, Mental Health & Wellness, Musculoskeletal Injuries and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment.
