Carrie’s playful take on the alignment-oriented lineage that B.K.S. Iyengar brought to the West will be highlighted in this six-week experience.

In this six-week online course, you will learn how a playful approach to practice develops a sense of possibility, increasing your capacity for variability and resilience. Carrie will help you learn different pose modifications that are designed to help you work with physical and mental challenges. You will look at how different focus and approach can affect your experience of that asana. If you teach yoga, you will learn how to make some of the most challenging poses more accessible to a wider variety of students. Carrie says that there is a way.

There is more to advanced yoga than just the physical practice. The course will help you step off the mat with a greater capacity to adapt and adjust to whatever life throws at you. You will learn something new every day and grow as a person.
