How was Total Power Training developed?
Total Power Training is a revolutionary performance training system. Chris Barnard is a Strength Coach at the University. The first training program designed to help athletes maximize their power without sacrificing development of sport specific skill is what it is.

Is this program only for people who play sports?
Absolutely not. I work with a lot of athletes. The framework I use with my athletes is the Total Power Training program. If it can be used to transform this wide array of athletes into champion athletes, it will do the same for you.
Is my son old enough to follow your program?
Studies have shown that lifting weights does not cause damage to the epiphyseal plates. I know a lot of people who have followed this from 11 and up.
