Cynthia L. Webner is a DNP. In a wide variety of clinical practice settings, he has over 32 years of critical care and cardiovascular experience. Twelve years of her career were devoted to nursing management and Heart Center administration. She is an Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist with a large medical cardiology practice.

Cindy leads the therapeutic hypothermia program. Cindy is passionate about both nursing practice and the patient. She believes in the power of knowledge. Cindy maintains a part-time clinical practice and is also a co-owner of two other companies.

She collaborated. There is a comprehensive nursing resource manual. The book was published by CNEA in 2007. Cindy’s presentations at regional and national venues are known for their high level of enthusiasm and humor used to deliver high level content. Cindy will tell you that learning and clinical practice are both enjoyable.
