K-Swiss Tubes are the perfect choice for an all-round training shoe offering maximum comfort, durability and stability. Featuring cylindrical tubes on the sole of the shoe, these sneakers move with your feet, making them great for gym users, fitness classes and light running.

They were used in body pump, step and the gym and had a good bounce which comes from the cylindrical tubes on the sole of the foot. They offered good balance in training and had a funky, young design with great colours. Quality was 7/10, although we felt that the comfort insole could have been better.

Overall, we give K-Swiss Tubes a rating of 7/10 stars and they retail for £49.99.

This workout is available across multiple platforms so you can follow it wherever and whenever suits you best – on your phone, iPad, computer or TV.

Deanne Berry, who is a fully qualified fitness instructor and choreographer, has appeared as a fitness expert on GMTV and in national magazines. The K-Swiss Tubes Workout with Deanne Berry comprises of three innovative workouts – Aerobic, Dance and Combat – which are available as podcasts, or as a full 30 minute workout for download from iTunes. The workouts are divided into 8 sections: Warm up, Aerobics 1 and 2, Dance 1 and 2, Combat 1 and 2 and Cool Down. Each offers a mini workout on their own or can be watched in full or combined into bespoke workouts for those with more time or energy.
