After years of treating Patients as a Sports Chiropractor our Founder, Dr. Michael Wasilisin broke out of the healthcare industry

Dr.Mike began teaching fun, simple exercises and educational videos on the World Wide Web for free because of the current healthcare climate that complicates diagnoses and rehab and thrives on collecting insurance. Doc knew he needed to bring this style of simplified education, entertainment, and movement to the people after a few viral hits.

From virality, MoveU was born in 2016, launching our flagship, tried and true, Total Body Program which continues to help tens of thousands of Muver’s today.

In 2020, our Team began to further refine our flagship Program and thus our body region courses were added to our roster to help those with specific injuries and interests. Our mission is to bring movement and therapy into people’s lives in an accessible, affordable and efficient way, thanks to our strong community and live coaching.
