TSE 2 is the second level of the series. Higher reps and longer holds are included in all of the movements in this level. You are ready to push yourself in TSE 2 if you can do a TSE 1 workout. These workouts are fun and you will be proud of how you look and feel. It’s going to be great to step onto your mat every day.
This level introduces over 30 new complexes to keep your workouts fun as well as targeting new areas of the body as we work through new variations of plank, chaturangas, block work, wall work, and dynamic and static strength work. TSE 3 is the final part of the series. The best way to get strong is with a yoga mat, blocks and a wall. These workouts are fun and challenging.
