There are beautiful color photos of each recipe. People want a lot of photos, that’s the feedback we got. That is what we have done. We have included a photo for each and every recipe in some cookbooks. You can have an idea of how to plate and present every meal. Each recipe has full nutrition data. Do you want to know how many calories are in your meal? How many grams of calories are there? We have included full nutrition data for every recipe.

There are large and small serving sizes. A large serving size for men (500- 700 calories) and a smaller serving size for women (200- 400 calories) are the options we give in each recipe.
