YOGA TEACHER TRAINING FACILITATED ONLINE
Our training can be accessed anywhere in the world. Enhance your teacher toolkit with our courses and trainings.
Our program is an alternative to in-studio Yoga Teacher Trainings, one that maintains both the depth of learning and personalized experience one should expect in a Yoga Teacher Training. My Vinyasa Practice is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. As of March 2020, Yoga Alliance instructed its RYS’s to move their training programs online. Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher training is currently being facilitated online. Students can complete the entire training online, and at their own pace. All students who complete training are considered a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), and students who complete training prior to December 31, 2021 will have the option to register with Yoga Alliance. You can find our YA profile HERE . Once trainees graduate, they maintain access to training materials for life.
FLEXIBLE ACCESS WITH COMMUNITY CONNECTION
Register and work at your own pace. The required texts are included in electronic format. A one-week pass to our online studio will be given to students, along with access to pre-recorded video lectures, asana practices, and written content. The live weekend lectures are recorded for those who can’t attend. Our Peer Support Team and Lead Trainers have over 15 weekly office hours. The opportunity to ask questions about content is provided by these office hours. Students can expect one-on-one coaching, unlimited access to lead trainers, and access to a diverse and intimate online community with members from around the globe.
BECOME CERTIFIED
You will be eligible to teach yoga anywhere at the 500 hour level once you have completed your training.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
The most authentic yoga teacher training is offered by my Vinyasa Practice. Completion of a 200 hour training is required to enroll in our 300 hour training. There is a 300-hr curriculum that includes Subtle Bodies, Intro to Ayurveda, Business of Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Trauma Informed Yoga, Advanced Anatomy and Physiology, Advanced Sequencing, Prenatal Yoga, and adaptive yoga. Students can explore additional topics through live lectures such as yoga for anxiety or yoga for recovery.
