There are course sessions on Tuesdays.
This 7-week period. Mental health and healing. You will learn how to live with greater peace, calmness and happiness through the program. The course can offer profound support to anyone wanting improved health and wellbeing as well as to those living with stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain or illness. The benefits of meditation include improved health, stress reduction and overall healing.
You will develop a complete,holistic understanding of the practices, tools and principles you will need to sustain your practice with each weekly, LIVE contemplation and training session.
Bob will offer a guided meditation practice and a talk on a variety of topics on how to support wellbeing in each session. Each class will have a Q & A session with Bob, as well as time for small- and large-group discussions.
