What You’ll Discover in These 7 Weeks

There are course sessions on Tuesdays.

Master Mingtong Gu will guide you through the role of Qi energy during the 7-week program. cultivate abundant Qi flow for your health, healing and daily life by connecting heart, mind and body . Master Gu will show you how to cultivate a happy heart with Wisdom Healing Qigong teachings and how to create your own practice for energy abundance.

Each weekly class session will include a video presentation featuring the teachings, demonstrations, and/or guided movements, meditations and visualization for that week. When the class is over, you can return to the recorded version of the class to practice along with Master Gu.

A Q&A session with Master Gu is a favorite feature of each video presentation. Students are invited to communicate with the renowned master and to receive support for incorporating his teachings into their practice.

There is a practice component. You can feel and experience the benefits of Qigong by practicing the sounds, movements and meditations yourself. The weekly sessions will help you develop a practice of your own.

There is agong for a happy heart. It is appropriate for all ages and abilities and does not require equipment. You will receive class recordings, transcripts and supplemental materials if you are unable to attend live.

Due to his international travel and retreat schedule, Master Gu may need to pre-record up to two sessions. .

Module 1: Why Is the Happy Heart in Qigong Essential to Joy & Health? (June 20)

What is it that makes you happy? In the first module, we will look at how to connect with our feelings and how to release the energy that is disrupting our chances for joy. To awaken a happy heart and to intentionally release old patterns in how we respond to stress, illness, pain, irritation and disappointment, we will introduce the inner smile practice. We will look at the steps in Wisdom Healing Qigong to heal the whole self.
