To address the crises of our modern world and bring greater harmony andsustainability to our communities, our people and our planet, we need to access ancient wisdom, powerful prayer lineages and healing practices.
The International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers has a lot to offer. They are an example for our world and fulfillment of many prophecies. They have created a worldwide alliance that shares a common vision, offering a source of great inspiration and healing, reminding us of deep spiritual truths and calling our attention to what is most important.
You now have the chance to connect directly with the International Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers in this virtual gathering, one session per week for 7 weeks, to share in the teachings of our ancestors, and light our way forward.
What You’ll Receive During These 7 Weeks
It is part of the way the Grandmothers follow the guidance of spirit and respond to the needs of the moment that they teach on the subjects below. The subjects may change as participants offer their prayers, insights and questions. Our goal is to provide a powerful healing, learning and awakening container in which you can engage the Grandmothers and trust that the spirit will do the rest.
Week 1: Sept 18th
Prophecies Revealed: The Mission of the Council

The International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmother was set in motion by common visions and prophecies. Some of the prophecies were held by the Grandmothers. Some of the visions were held by members of the Center for Sacred Studies.
The prophetic spiritual messages that gave birth to this global movement were shared by Grandmothers Rita Pitka Blumenstein and Agnes Baker Pilgrim in this opening session. We can answer the larger call for us to transform our relationship with each other and the earth by learning how these elders see our current times.
The earth is better for it when you walk through this journey because of the beauty, love and joy. When we see rightly, we can give back love, generosity and forgiveness. Today is our gift, yesterday was history, and tomorrow is a mystery. What are you going to do today? Her mother was the Baker Pilgrim.

Week 2: Sept. 25th
Uplifting the Soul: Building Respect Between All Nations

All of us live on a global planet. We need to accept that we are not all the same. Over the past hundreds of years, there has been oppression of people who live in a natural world, receiving what Mother Earth and Sky Father provide for our daily existence, and making it possible for the generations who follow to care and carry on to the next generation. Transmigration, whether by force or accident, has deprived indigenous nations of their place in their country and therefore their society.
Week 3: Oct. 2nd
Reciprocity: Reviving Traditional Ceremony

Our relationship to Creation and to one another is restored and renewed by the Grandmothers. This session will focus on truly living ceremony as a powerful way to heal relationships, create bonds of mutual trust, and access great energies that are not available on our own. We learn about mutuality from the ceremony.
I started the ceremony on the Applegate River. I wanted people to be respectful and aware of what they are doing to the earth. Agnes Baker Pilgrim.
Our people know that the land and language are related. We are no longer who we say we are if we lose one or the other. The Holy Dance was performed by Mrs. Long Visitor.
Week 4: Oct.9th
Relationships: Walking in the Path of Our Ancestors

The Grandmothers follow in the footsteps of their ancestors and share their wisdom with us. You will learn how to create a deeper relationship with your ancestors from this session. This gives a sense of place, of rooting and grounding, as well as cultivating a state of deeper gratitude for life itself.
The Sundance is sacred to our people. Something good will come to you and your people if you support the ceremony in a respectful way. Rita Long Visitor Holy Dance.
Week 5: Oct 16th
Responsibility: Water as a Human Right

The Grandmothers teach us to take responsibility for peace in our communities and in our hearts. Developing a deeper relationship with the natural elements around us is part of this. We begin to know water as the mother of life when we enter into this reverential relationship.
The Grandmothers talk about their relation to this element. It leads to a real shift in how you move through life if you learn to connect more profoundly with the water inside you and around you.
My elders told me to know where my water came from. Know your fire. Know where you will find your food. The Polacca family has a matriarch,Mona Polacca, who is from Hopi.
We are water babies. Don’t forget to say thank you for the water you drink and the water you bathe in. Without Mother Water, we wouldn’t survive. Her mother was the Baker Pilgrim.
Week 6th: Oct 23rd
A Future of Hope: Educating our Youth

The heart of the Grandmothers prayers are for their loved ones. The next seven generations. The ways of life continue. As we educate our children in the ways of peace, harmony and balance with the earth, and with one another, we grow a world of hope. Our children will carry the action of peace into the future.
I do everything for the next seven generations. The Holy Dance was performed by Rita Long.
All sentient beings need happiness, and I pray for them every morning. The matriarch of the family was Dolma Gyaltong.
Week 7: Oct. 30th
Celebration and Healing: Giving Life to the Prayer Through Sacred Song

Sacred songs have given voice to the deepest connections with Source for all people. Songs open hearts and heal bodies. They use sacred song and chants in their healing ceremonies. They will share their songs and wisdom.
Everyone lightens up. As we become one as the light beings we are, we are moving and vibrating. All of us have been contacted. All of us are aware of the need to become One. Her name is Flordemayo.
