Catherine Hajek is a native of South Dakota. She completed her internal medicine residency at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx NY and went on to complete a medical genetics fellowship at the UCLA Intercampus Medical Genetics Program. Her training was focused on Adult Genetics and the genetics of common complex disease and genomic contribution to risk.

Dr. Burdt is a rheumatologist at the Iowa Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center. He graduated from the University of Iowa-Des Moines Internal Medicine Residency and rheumatology fellowship at the University of Missouri. He is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist through the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American College of rhythym. Dr. Burdt is involved in both undergraduate and post-graduate medical training at a number of institutions.

Dr. Burdt was a medical officer in the Iowa Army National Guard. He enjoys spending time with his wife in ministry while he is away from his medical practice.
