The doctor is from Rhode Island. He was in the Air Force for six years and served two tours of Iraq. He is a sports medicine resident at SCU. He became the Tactical Sports Medicine Lead Clinician at SCU after finishing his residency. The Tactical Sports Medicine Clinic provides high quality, patient centered care to Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, Veterans and First Responders. He has traveled nationally and internationally to provide sports medicine care. Dr. Fanning is a member of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and an International Wheelchair Fencing Classification Committee Certified National Classifier.
