Dr. Sulak is a leader in the field of cannabinoid medicine. Recurrent conditions in adults and children are the focus of his clinical practice. Integr8 Health is a medical practice in Maine that follows over 8,000 patients using medical cannabis, as well as Cannabis Expertise, a continuing medical education curriculum. He is on the board of directors of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians and has lectured to healthcare providers on the science and clinical applications of cannabis.

Danielle is a physician board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. She graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a degree in Neuroscience and from Midwestern University with a degree in Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine with an emphasis on rural primary care. She has studied various forms of healing, including energy medicine, nutrition, and osteopathic manipulation. There are herbs, Homeopathy, and Hypnotherapy. She is the co-owner and co-medical director of Integr8 Health, a medical cannabis practice in Maine. Children and adults with neurological illnesses, severe chronic pain,PTSD, tick born illness, and complex chronic illnesses that don’t fit into traditional diagnostic categories are her practice.

Derosier graduated from UNECOM in 2007. She was a family physician in the US Air Force. She was given the opportunity to study at the Helms Medical Institute. She became a board certified medical acupuncture. Since leaving the military, she has worked as a hospitalist at Eastern Maine Medical Center and is currently a fellow in the Palliative Care and Hospice fellowship program.
