Robin is the regional manager for staff development at Central Maine Medical Center and she has experience as an emergency department manager. She is a tutor for Kaplan and a teacher for a local college of nursing. She was an item writer for the Board Certification of Emergency Nursing and a former chairperson. Susan Fralick-Ball is a PsyD. There is an additional 40 years of clinical/educational nursing practice for a licensed clinical neuropsychologist. She works with patients with a wide range of neurological disorders. Susan was responsible for coordinating all clinical and administrative activities for the stroke program of a nationally renowned neurological-medical rehabilitation hospital where she also developed a stroke support group for patients, family members, and staff. She helped patients with a variety of disorders, including Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain-Barré, Parkinson’s, Myasthenia Gravis, andALS. She taught neurological nursing at the graduate level. In the clinical setting, she has supervised nurses, social workers, psychologists, and music therapists. Dr. Fralick-Ball is the founder of the Psych MedEd where she continues to work with patients challenged by the detrimental psychological effects of neurological disorders.
