She is the founder of Stressed Teens, which has been offering stress reduction for teens for over a decade. She wanted to help teens in a large HMO’s outpatient department of child and adolescent psychiatry whose physical and psychological symptoms were not responding to other evidence-based practices. She is the author of the book Mindfulness-Based Approaches to Youth. 50 ways to deal with your crazy life. (Shambhala, 2017). The stress reduction program for teens.
