In Rhode Island, a nurse practitioners practices in a skilled nursing facility. Her expertise caring for high risk fall patients has provided her with insights to develop clinically-applicable and effective interventions for even the most difficult clinical scenarios. She has gained valuable experience as a provider working in a wide range of settings, from acute care to sub-acute and long-term care. Jenny has worked at several prestigious institutions, including Yale New Haven Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, and is currently affiliated with Brown University as a Teaching Associate in Medicine. Jenny draws from her vast knowledge on a variety of topics, including: fall prevention, transitional care and quality improvement.
