LMHC, CDP, and CADDCT are the names of the people. He has seen hundreds of patients and their families through the process of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. She found her true calling as a hospital social worker and director of social work at a nursing home. Over the last decade, she has immersed herself in the field and is currently the director of social work at a skilled nursing facility. There are professional courses on dementia for service providers, as well as nursing and social work students at the community college where she is an adjunct professor.
