Josh Braziel. The Rural Health Network of Oklahoma is a non-profit consortium made up of 23 Oklahoma health care organizations.

Josh has 18 years of rural public service leadership and 20 years in information technology and information systems. The Department of Justice sponsored NCAtrak abused and exploited children’s data system is one of the infrastructure planning and implementation projects he has been involved in. Josh is the CIO at the Rural Health Network of Oklahoma and also serves on the board of directors for the Telehealth Alliance of Oklahoma.


Carter C. Check, MDiv, CCC Related seminars and products: 1


Carter Check is from the MDiv. At the Eastern Oklahoma VA Medical Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma, he is a board certified mental health chaplain. The REAL Moral Injury Clinics, the first of their kind in the state of Oklahoma, are led by Chaplain Check at the Muskogee East Mental Health Clinic and the Tulsa Behavioral Medicine Clinic. He is a member of the Suicide Prevention and Postvention teams. He works with the Executive Mental Health Council, Substance Use Disorder Intense Outpatient Program, PSTD core team, Intimate partner Violence and Military sexual trauma to help support our Veteran’s spirituality, which gives them meaning, purpose and values for their lives.


Rachel N. Blankenship, DO, MPH Related seminars and products: 1


Rachel N. Blankenship is a doctor. She obtained a certification through the Medical Spanish Program at the La Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico. She graduated from Oral Roberts University with a bachelor’s in biology. Dr. Blankenship received her doctor of osteopathic medical degree from the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She earned her Master’s in Public Health while in Iowa. After packing her bags, Dr. Blankenship moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to complete her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency.

Board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, Dr. Blankenship practices at the Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital in Oklahoma.


Kristopher R Avant, DO Related seminars and products: 2


Kristopher R. Avant is a doctor. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in hand and upper limb surgery at the Florida Orthopedic Institute. Dr. Avant worked at the Shriner’s Hospital for Children. Dr. Avant is a board certified doctor who practices at the Southwest Orthopedics and Reconstructing Specialists.

Blake D. Christensen is a doctor. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medxadicine. He completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. Dr. Christensen studied at the John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He works at the Oklahoxadma Pain Treatment Center in Oklahoma City. He is a member of the Amerixadcan Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, Oklahoma County Medical Society, the American Society of Interxadventional Pain Physicians, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists.
