Ms. Newby is a noted medical consultant and lecturer. She has 17 years of hands-on experience in medical office management. She is a certified professional coder with over 30 years of experience in medical practice consulting for a total of 47 years working with physician practices. She is a member of the Wisconsin Physician Services’ Medicare Provider Outreach and Education Advisory Group and the National Government Services Medicare POE-AG. Ms. Newby is the Health Plan Relations consultant to the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians, Indiana Osteopathic Association, Illinois Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, Iowa Academy of Ophthalmology, Kansas Society of Eye Physicians & Surgeons, Wisconsin Academy of Ophthalmology and the Ohio Ophthalmological Society.
