The participants will discover how they have ignored or suppressed the nuclear parts of their relationship. People who are single will learn how to hide parts of themselves.

As you learn to express your Core Gifts, you will be able to witness powerful and hopeful shifts in your relationship or your dating life. If you are dating, you will find that you are less interested in people who chip away at your self-esteem. You will be attracted to people who inspire you by their goodness and availability. Fear of intimacy is seen as a pathology, but our fear of intimacy is the key to love. The human condition has a fear of intimacy. It is not meant to be removed. It is meant to be listened to.

Where we are most vulnerable is where our fear of intimacy is greatest. We are capable of love. There is a Core Gift waiting to be honored in every place we fear intimacy. Our fear of love will begin to melt when we honor those parts of ourselves.

In this class, you will learn how fear of intimacy affects every stage of the relationship journey, from dating to long term commitment. You will learn how to listen to the language of your intimacy fears and find out what they need from you. You will learn to identify your partner’s fear of intimacy and learn about the Core Gifts that lie behind it.

We all have sexual and romantic Core Gifts. This class will teach you how to discover your own, and how to use them to deepen your relationship.

If you want to find lasting, deep love, you need to learn the lessons of honoring and expressing your Core Gifts, and protecting their safety, in the arena of sexuality. Most of us have not been taught how to do this. We have been taught to compare ourselves to stereotypes.

You will learn how to create sexual and romantic safety for your partner in this class. You will learn how to find your own sexual and romantic Core Gifts in the places where love begins to ignite.

Single people will learn how the beauty of their sexual and romantic Core Gifts can build a foundation for a love that can grow and blossom. There are solutions to the sexual issues and problems faced by many long-term couples, such as sexual stagnancy, loss of passion and differing sex drives.

All participants will learn how to discover and understand their own sexual and romantic Core Gifts. We never learn about worlds of learning about sex. Sex and love are based on learning.

Love is not a static state. rupture and repair is an ongoing process. At the point of our Core Gifts, we can be hurt the most, because we are capable of loving with the most passion, tenderness and beauty.

Each of us has deeply embedded, often unconscious patterns of behavior that bewilder us and cause pain for us and our loved ones. These patterns demand more effort and patience. They need our wisdom a lot.

Our deepest love-lessons can be found in the embedded places of pain and dysfunction. Our compassion grows when we approach them with wisdom, kindness and truth. Our wisdom is growing. Our ability to navigate the whitewaters of love increases greatly.

With this knowledge, we can build a language of healing with our beloved, and that is when love grows roots deep enough to endure countless challenges.

Understanding what holds you back and what speeds up your journey is a must if you want to see your patterns of growth. You will be invited to look back at your healing patterns and the things that held you back on the journey of this course.
