Dr. Lisa Lucas graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the University of New England. She completed her family medicine training at Rutgers. She completed her bachelor’s degree in chemistry at Holy Cross. Dr. Lucas was a clinical faculty at Rutgers Family Medicine residency, UNECOM and most recently at Maine Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency Program. After completing a fellowship in Obesity medicine, Dr. Lucas opened a direct primary care practice in Maine with a focus on preventative health, nutrition and Obesity medicine.

Dr. Merideth has been in Maine for 15 years. Substance use disorder, obesity, and pain management are included in her practice scope. She has worked in emergency departments all over Maine. Dr. Norris has a private practice and is the Medical Director of Enso Recovery. The American Board of Obesity Medicine, the American Board of Addiction Medicine, and the American Board of Family Medicine have certified Dr. Norris as a board certified doctor.
She drafts large amounts of testimony to the state legislation on opiate policy and treatment access and is frequently seen in the press advocating for available resources for people with substance use disorder. She has appeared on local public radio and the national Reelz network as an addiction expert. The medical consultant for Susan Elia Mac Neal, author of theMaggie Hope detective series, became certified as a Ringside Physician by USA Boxing. The doctor has three children.
