Dr. Merideth has been in Maine for 15 years. Substance use disorder, obesity, and pain management are included in her practice scope. She has worked in emergency departments all over Maine. Dr. Norris has a private practice and is the Medical Director of Enso Recovery. The American Board of Obesity Medicine, the American Board of Addiction Medicine, and the American Board of Family Medicine have certified Dr. Norris as a board certified doctor.
She drafts large amounts of testimony to the state legislation on opiate policy and treatment access and is frequently seen in the press advocating for available resources for people with substance use disorder. She has appeared on local public radio and the national Reelz network as an addiction expert. The medical consultant for Susan Elia Mac Neal, author of theMaggie Hope detective series, became certified as a Ringside Physician by USA Boxing. The doctor has three children.

Dr. Kaufman practices in New Hampshire and Maine. He advocates for greater patient resources in his practice areas. He uses a variety of pain techniques in his practice. He teaches medical students, interns, and residents. Dr. Kaufman is board certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, in Neuroscienceskeletal Medicine and Pain Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuroscienceskeletal Medicine, and in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
He lives with his wife, Merideth, their three children, three dogs, one cat, five chickens, two ducks, and soon to also include a pet pig. His home is a zoo.
