MILICA MCDOWELL CONSULTING PLLC
Dr. McDowell is a doctor. I have been in physical therapy practice for 15 years.
She studied knee injuries in team sport athletes at Idaho State University and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado.
Throughout her career, she has worked with athletes of all ages and ability levels. She owns and operates several businesses.
In addition to her clinical practice and teaching in the Masters of Science in Science Education and undergraduate Human Performance Programs at Montana State University, Milica is a founder and the Chief Medical Officer of 4c Sports Injury Analytics.
The main areas of research interest for milica are baseline testing and concussion assessment. She is a member of APTA and volunteers her time for triathlon medical support. She likes to recreate with her family, cooking, triathlon, downhill skiing and golden dogs.

Paul Herberger is a doctor. He competed on the Freeride World Tour for 12 years. Paul is a personal trainer and triathlon coach who has coached many athletes to the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. He holds certifications from both USA Swimming and USA Cycling. Paul owns and operates a functional fitness center in Montana, where he manages a staff of coaches and trainers and oversees both in-person and virtual training programs. He has recently launched an offering for kids that are distance learning which provides kid-specific workout classes virtually and on-demand. Paul enjoys mentoring up-and-coming coaches and trainers and has participated in numerous research studies. Paul likes surfing, skiing, wind sports and trying to master the double under.
