Richard W. Sears is a PsyD. In Cincinnati, Ohio, he is in private practice for both therapy and consultation. For the past 15 years, Dr. Sears has been a clinical supervisor and has taught supervision and consultation courses. The Department of Clinical Psychiatry & Behavioral Neurosciences is one of the appointments he holds. Dr. Sears is a psychologist with the Cincinnati VA Medical Center.

A sought-after professional speaker, Dr. Sears has provided hundreds of seminars on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and is the author of over a dozen books. There is an act with anxiety.
