Dr. Stoffey received his medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine. After fourteen years in the United States Army, Dr. Stoffey was trained as a diagnostic radiologist. His military service took him to West Germany and the Republic of Korea. After his honorable discharge, Dr. Stoffey did a fellowship in neuroradiology at the University of Texas at Houston. Dr. Stoffey is employed by the Center of Vein Restoration. Dr. Stoffey is a member of the American Board of Radiology and the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology. He holds a certificate of qualification in neuroradiology. Dr. Stoffey’s interests include patient safety and quality control, as well as research and scientific publications. He is an article reviewer. The American Journal of Neuroscience is a journal. And. The American Roentgen Ray Society.
