There is a person named Shari Kalkstein who is a BA, CSCS, EP-C, CPT, and CMES. A licensed physical therapy assistant, certified strength and conditioning specialist, and certified personal trainer has over 20 years of experience. Ms. Kalkstein is the owner of Fortify Your Frame, Inc. Balance and fall prevention, fall recovery, and improving strength and endurance are some of the things she does. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. Ms. Kalkstein offers strength and balance classes.
An experienced physical therapist assistant and personal trainer, Ms. Kalkstein offers an effective exercise program that will strengthen and support the spine as well as the whole body to help increase and maintain functional abilities. She is an informative instructor because of her wealth of knowledge. She keeps the day moving with hands-on activities and brings passion, enthusiasm, and innovative ideas to her presentations.
