Susan B. Young is an OTD. The USC/WPS Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT) certification process has a faculty member. She was one of the original researchers for the SIPT. She is the owner of the Children’s Therapy Group in Kansas City, a multidisciplinary private practice that serves children with sensory integration deficits. Dr. Young is an associate professor of OT at a university and the director of OT at a hospital.

She is an OT professor. The graduate students gained competence from Dr. Young’s expertise in the classroom and the lab experiences. She teaches workshops all over the world. She is the author of Movement Is Fun, a program of movement activities for preschool children.
