Description

Negotiating child-related ethical issues is confident.

Dealing with ethical issues can be difficult. It can be difficult to understand when it involves children or adolescents. Without a clear method for navigating these waters, mental health professionals can be left with more questions than answers.

This skill-building recording will teach you how to handle ethical challenges involving children, adolescents, and their families. When dealing with a variety of scenarios, including mandatory reporting, boundaries, divorce and child custody, you will learn how to use a unique ethical decision making model. As you evaluate decisions through the lens of applicable ethical codes as well as federal and state laws, Dr.Casey will guide you through case studies.
