Two more experienced guys than Alan Aragon and Nick Tumminello would be hard to find in the world of evidence-based training and nutrition. They are constantly conducting or reviewing the latest research, and they are also known for making it easy to understand and practical. In order to maintain integrity, the fitness industry needs bullshit-free advice and direction.

The two-day event will give fitness and nutrition professionals 12 hours of face to face time with not only Nick and Alan, but also a group of like-minded peers who share the same vision of being the change you wish to see. There are multiple sessions that are designed to give attendees a new perspective on how to incorporate the art and science of training with sound nutrition coaching to create programs that deliver results for their clients.
