It’s an insane workout. It has wiped me out a few times. Tony says this is a sandwich workout with an upper body, a pull, a core exercise and then a push with a ball. Do the 10 again after you have done the 10.

I will be honest. This is the only one of the One on Ones I am reviewing without doing the workout a few times. I usually convert pull-ups to band exercises because of an old shoulder injury, and with this one I just could not figure out how to convert them all, but here is what I came up with.
