There are requirements. Before any Y.A.I certificates will be issued, all 6 categories have to be completed. There is a description. The third category of our 100 hour Y.A.I accredited yoga teachers training covers sacred sound and ritual.
Sound and vibration performed with deep intention and feeling, known as Pranava, has the ability to take us into altered states of consciousness by cutting through the day to day state of awareness. The monkey mind is not invited and takes a back seat, a great relief for all of us.
Light and Deep meditation are lightly altered states. Lectures on meditation, relaxation, contemplation and visualisation are included.
Practical situations are given examples. We can listen to and chant along with the video and audio sections.
The messaging is just below normal hearing level in the Subliminal Audios. There are guided mp3’s that cover deep meditation and relaxation.
Before any Yoga Alliance International Certificates will be issued, all 6 categories have to be completed.
Who this course is for? The first two categories for 100 hour teacher training have already been filled by students. New students are welcome to join the program.
