What is a learning session?

Learning sessions use special sounds that put your brain into a learning state. Our brains are constantly in a theta state because it is in this state that we learn the easiest.

TWICE A MONTH will give you a new lesson and a learning session for $100. After you listen to the material you will be told to download the learning session onto your mp3 player so that I can integrate the material into your behavior.

It is one thing to listen to a program and another to incorporate the skills so they become second nature, like tying your shoes.

Learning sessions can work with a light and sound machine.
