The third section Chi Sao is about dealing with a pull or shocking effect on your body. Direct shocks that are felt through the arms and shoulders are dealt with.
These exercises can be dangerous if not started slowly.
The third section teaches you how to deal with sudden shocking or jerking movements and how to counter react and stick to your opponent at all times.
Two men teach you the benefits of ebbing attacks and how to attack.
High intensity drilling is proposed while keeping Chi Sao and fighting principles intact, as we look at Chi Sao and how we can counter side-on attacks.
