Things started to change for me when I sat down and wrote out a plan for what I wanted. I created this course to help you narrow down what skills will make a difference in your life and give you a guide to implement them. The framework I use to manage my mental health helped me become a successful and happy business owner. I created this course because I believe this information can help other people. This isn’t a quick fix. If you are ready to get serious about working on your mental health and stop messing around, you have come to the right place. The course is for the ladies that are ready to put in the work to live their best lives but don’t know where to start.

I have always wanted to help other people. My education includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a masters degree in Nonprofit Management. I worked for two years as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence and escorted them to the hospital. This job made me want to help women live their best lives. I spent two years as a wilderness counselor for at risk youth and led 28 day wilderness camping trips after working in domestic violence. My previous jobs include helping students with their college careers as an academic adviser, working as a volunteer at Habitat for Humanity, and riding a bicycle all over the country. I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember and I still work on it every single day. To give you a framework to create your own treatment plan that will work for you, I created the Radical Transformation Project.
