Your emotions are an aspect of your ego, and they carry much energy. They act to guide you toward things you love and away from those things that you do not love. Your emotional body is very fluid. It takes on many different colorings and shades and qualities, depending upon the energy you are around—until you are able to guide the emotional body from a higher level of your being.

You will move into the consciousness of your soul and Divine Self when you transform your emotions. You will be able to observe and listen to your emotions without getting caught up in them. In ways that empower you, you can understand and experience your emotions.

You can use your emotions to your advantage. To fulfill your Divine Self’s goals.

It will be easier for you to experience peace, love, and more harmonious relationships, and bring to you all that is good and beautiful, if you learn how to deepen and sustain the states of consciousness that let your Divine Self shine through you. Negative emotions will occur less frequently and for shorter periods of time as you transform your emotions. When you have been affected by these energies, let them go and return to your calm center.

I will teach you a process that will allow you to easily connect with your innermost Self and open to the illumination that releases the grip of negative emotions. This process can be used to return to a state of balance, love, and peace. It can be used to release fear, anxiety, anger, guilt, worry, and other emotions that may keep you stuck. Exercise to Start Right Now to Transform Your Emotions

It’s possible to transform your emotions right now. If you haven’t already done so, use the process to contact your self. Give your Divine Self permission to help you transform your emotions by using this process. You call and the Self within responds with whatever energy, assistance, and guidance you need.

1. Asking for the quality of joy is not dependent on any circumstance. It is possible to be receptive to this quality of pure Joy. In the next few days and weeks, be alert to an unusual sense of joy and well-being rising up from within you, if only for a few moments, and acknowledge that your Divine Self heard and responded to your request.
