It takes between 5 and 10 minutes of exposure to the sound for your brain to process it. You should be able to experience this wonderful state for between 40 and 45 minutes, followed by another period in which your body will feel the residual glow.

Do not try to use this program while driving, operating heavy machinery, or doing anything that requires concentration. If you are taking care of children alone, you should not use it. It is suggested that you don’t use this while using recreational drugs of other kinds, as you may cause an adverse response. You should not use this program more than once or twice a day.
