CALIFORNIA COMEBACK 2: FAST, FURIOUS, AND DANGEROUS

Bruce Norris is back in research mode for his next market timing release.

The report, California Comeback, was written in 1997 and predicted a 7 year market return and a doubling of California home prices. In his January 2006 report, The California Crash, he urged investors to look into other states as California was going to experience the worst crash in real estate prices in decades. Over the past 15 years, he has been responsible for helping investors make and save millions of dollars.

He is back in research mode for the very important piece of the puzzle. Is this a mini boom? It’s time to get aggressive or conservative. How long can it last?

The Norris Group has been bullish on real estate. In December of 2012 we predicted that California would see a median price increase of 20%. To better position investors to lock up and control as many properties as possible, we have completely reworked our hard money loan programs.

Government intervention, Wall Street participation, and an industry reeling from lawsuits have plagued this market. Bruce expects the market to do well in the future, but this boom comes with a warning for investors.

On Father’s Day, it is 10:30 at night. After spending some time with my family, I headed to work to finish the final chapter of The California Comeback 2: Fast, Furious & Dangerous.

All of the math is contained in the last chapter. How high and how fast will we go up? The answers to those questions are more detailed than ever before. Some counties can double in price from where we live while others don’t. It’s important to understand where to invest. You bet!

Understanding how this comeback ends is even more important. The upside is going to be swift and powerful. I think the ending will be quicker. The end of intervention can create the opposite side of the equation if intervention is the underlying reason for a boom.

Over 400 people attended a seminar on how to make a million dollars in the next two years. The title was not a promo. It will happen to anyone who makes informed choices and concentrates on the counties with the greatest upside with the right strategies. The sequel could be called How to Lose Everything You Just Made in Record Time.

There won’t be time for the report entitled California Crash 2 when this comeback ends.
