Heck, I did my first million dollar deal in my high school math class.</p><p>Since starting about 10 years ago… I’ve sold over $1.5 billion dollars worth of real estate.</p><p><img class=

I would make $50,000 to $100,000 instead of $10,000.

I thought it was a good idea to go higher in prices so I could make more in less time. It was better to focus on homes that sold for $4 million to $5 million.

It took the same steps to get leads, buyers and listings.

Compared to $400,000 homes, nothing was different. My friends told me how hard they worked to sell their home. It seemed like it was more work to sell $200,000 homes than it was to sell million dollar ones.

You can provide more for your family when you earn $50,000 in commission, instead of the typical $5,000 to $10,000.

Some real estate agents struggled to get clients and focused on the smaller priced homes.

They were always busy when you were making just $5,000 or so in commission when selling a $200,000 home. It takes a lot of sales to make a lot of money when selling $400,000 homes. I earned the reputation of being the best broker in Beverly Hills because I am a high numbers broker.

I make 3-6 multi-million dollar sales a month while carrying 4-7 listings at a time. I sell homes for between $4 million and $5 million.

 /><br />I sell two or three huge ones every year, and considering there are roughly ten homes a year that sell for over $10 million,<strong><i> I make a LOT of money for not a lot of time spent!</i></strong></p><p>And I had a lot more free time, a lot more family time, and a lot less stress. The process of buying and selling is the same.

Selling a house is the same as selling a house. It is possible to sell a $2 million dollar home and make $50,000 in one swoop. For even more work, rather than $5,000 to $10,000.

It didn’t make sense, so I was curious to figure it out. I think I have. Some real estate agents think that those who are making 7 or 8 figures a year in this business have some special kind of skills that allow them to make so much more.

That is simply not the case. Some agents make less money than others. I realized your level of skill as a real estate agent.

It has nothing to do with your success or income.

I began to study the highest earning real estate agents who made between $30,000 and $50,000 a commission.

I wanted to see what they were doing. I started looking into the actions of people who made more than a million dollars a year.

I was surprised by what I realized.

The philosophy I had for myself all these years was supported by the fact that I was pulling in million dollar listings. I had a similar mindset when I was in the luxury real estate market.

The real estate agent was barely getting by with $5,000 per month. They didn’t make that shift. I knew that the only thing needed was one shift. Even 8 figure business. Friends of mine who followed my system were pulling in million dollar listings, selling million dollar homes, and earning 6 figures a month and 7 figures a year. Before? They couldn’t break $50,000 a year.

I have been able to help a lot of people get to the million dollar mark simply by making small changes to their business.

You will be spending more time with your family, working less hours, and having more fun in your business. Like I mentioned before. I’m thankful that I was raised with a belief in wanting nothing but the best. That means everything you do in your life and business.

Working with the best clients is more important than anything else. The best properties are $2 to $3 million dollar homes.

Why would you list a $200,000 home if you are the best in your industry? You wouldn’t, right?

You would be selling $2 million, $4 million, and $5 million homes. When you start selling homes like that, what happens? Your commission goes from $5,000 to tens of thousands of dollars.

To make a good living, you need to sell 30 homes a year. You only have to sell 10 to 12 homes a year to make a lot of money.

Everything in your business must line up with your philosophy of being the best, so the first step is to stop thinking of yourself as just another real estate agent.

When you start to operate your entire business, it’s very interesting. Nothing but the best.

You begin to attract the best. You work with the best buyers, you get called to list the best homes, and you attract the best clients.

These are likely to be million dollar homes.

You get more buyers who want to work with you. It means a commission of $30,000 or more.

If you want to make more money without burning yourself out, you need to see yourself as the best. They only work with the best.

There is only one reason why you are not working with million dollar listings.

It all depends on your belief that you are worth it. The decision to operate on the belief of only the best is cool. I will give you a road map.

You are going to do what the best do if you position yourself as the best. You will give off an air of being the best if you say what the best say. Prospects will want to work with you because you are the best.

They are more than happy to hire you to list or help them buy because a big part of the selling is done. It shows that they are in good hands and that they are working with the best. It gives them more peace of mind to work with the best.

It is less crowded on the mountain top. Working with the best to sell million dollar homes feels good. It feels good to work in a million dollar home. So. People want the best.

That is how you position yourself.
