The start date is On Monday, December 3rd. Early sign ups start on Thanksgiving Day.

There are training sessions. The Carter Fitness Facility in West Hills has semi-private training sessions. Cardio training will be performed 3 times per week. We have sessions starting at 6am and going until 8pm daily because I know you are busy. We have a time that will fit your schedule.

There is a current training schedule. Wed,Fri. 6am, 6:30am, 8am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6pm, and 6:30pm.

There are two days this week: Tuesday & Thur. 6:30am, 9:30am, and 6pm.
