Here is how the 60-day program is laid out:

This phase will get those new to exercise started off on the right foot, and it help current exercisers transition out of holiday chill mode and back into training mode. In this phase, you’ll train every other day using circuit-style workouts that burn calories and build endurance while sculpting lean muscle. This programming allows you to build a solid base of strength and endurance that you’ll need for the phases to come.

This phase is all about building strength, power and muscular endurance, and you’ll train six out of every 10 days, with an optional extra workout thrown in for fun. During this phase, you’ll add that critical lean tissue that will give you the sculpted look you desire. You’ll also learn all about interval training and plyometrics, both of which are incredible for building lean muscle and burning calories. But don’t worry: If for some reason you have a condition or an injury that prevents you from doing plyometrics, Katie offers modifications for any and all moves.

Time to turn up the heat! This phase is all about burning fat and uncovering the beautiful muscles you’ve built underneath. This will be the hardest of the phases, and you’ll be training seven out of 10 days, with an optional extra workout day for those who want it. You’ll continue to use circuits, intervals and plyometrics, and you will add some extra advanced techniques such as drop sets and supersets to amp the intensity.
