Description
Not to Mention How You’ll Become Stronger and More Flexible
in Ways Nothing Else Can Compare with Bridging Exercises
Dear friend.
In the summer of last year, a group of friends and I were in Spain waiting to go to Pamplona for the running of the bulls. The train would take us off after several hours.
We decided to play a game in the park. It was not easy to find an American football in Europe.
We played two-hand touch instead of tackling each other because the only place we could find was a field of grass and granite. Being men it was bound to get competitive.
The game was close from start to finish, with the three on three action. It was going well until the kick off.
The kick was short and high. The other guys were rushing towards us as we scrambled to catch it. The ball flew high into the air after hitting the ground.
I jumped up. I don’t know how it happened or who hit me, but my feet were taken out from under me. The back of my head was the first point of contact when I crashed down onto the ground after six feet up in the air. THUMP!
I am not going to lie and say that it did not affect me. It did. I had to take a break from the game. Within an hour, I was fine.
One of my friends pulled a neck muscle when he looked over his shoulder for a pass. Really?
There are some differences between me and my friend. I fell on my head from six feet up in the air, but he didn’t. I can assure you that I was looking over my shoulder for passes as well.
My training was the main difference. If I hadn’t made my neck and spine more resilient, it would have been worse. I might have been knocked out cold that day.
How do you think you would fair against that shock? Wouldn’t you like to bounce back quickly?
If you answered yes, read on to learn how you can put a few exercises into action that will make you more concussion proof.
In the US alone, over one million people suffer from a concussion every year. There are ways you can help guard yourself against injury, even though I can’t eliminate those risks. You will improve your health, strength, flexibility and more.
“The Bridge” – Not Just For Wrestlers or Gymnasts Anymore
The spine is the most important part of your body. You are not in good shape if it is not in good shape. Anyone who has ever hurt their back or neck knows how disabling these injuries can be.
You can use my work in testing to amplify your results. You will discover:
- How to Build Thick Columns of Muscle across the Back like Steel Cables Without Making You as Stiff as a Board.
- How to Develop a Neck capable of Withstanding the Greatest of Shocks. Hopefully you’ll never need it, but its good to know its there in case you do.
- Never again sleep wrong and wake up with neck pain or pick up a box and throw out your back.
You might be wondering if I really want to get a course that is only on bridging. Let me tell you why the answer is yes. These exercises will give you a strong neck and spine. You will also.
- Gain Complete Mobility and Stability in the Shoulders along with Strength Coursing Down Your Arms.
- Increase Whole Body Coordination as you shift from one position to another along with Strong Abs to keep you from collapsing to the ground.
- Boost Power and Explosiveness in your Legs.
- Discover how a good bridging workout will tire out your entire body and leave you sopping with sweat. Between the Gymnastic Bridge, the Wrestlers Bridge and all the variations I’ll share with you, you’ll work every single inch of your being.
- Be able to amaze your friends and family with Incredible Stunts that very few people can do.
Some of the things I can do now are amazing, considering how inflexible and weak I was many years ago. You can do it now. You can see a few moves in the course in this video.
If you have ever wondered how to do more than just hold a bridge for a while, then read this entire letter because it will show you there is no limit to what you can do. If you have never held a bridge in your life, read this letter because you are missing out on two of the greatest exercises ever.
Let’s talk about the Wrestlers Bridge.
George Jowett once said, In both man and the other male beasts, the neck has always been the true indication of the quality and quantity of his concentrated nerve power. A strong healthy man has a powerful neck.
The bridge is used by wrestlers. It’s not just a neck exercise, it’s the best way to build a strong neck.
I worked my way up until I could hold one for over five minutes. This was a great start, but it only got me so far. I wanted to cut down on the amount of time I spent.
I was studying some books by the greatest old time strongmen and saw a few pictures of them doing amazing feats of strength.
You will be able to use a bridge like it did for me. I started to add resistance.
Just like any other part of your body, Bridging needs to be progressive. It is a simple concept that most people neglect. Time is only one method.
There were a few things that no one was teaching. The location of the weight has a big impact on the difficulty of the exercise.
There was always more to be done. George Hackenshimdt set a world record in the Bridge Press with 311 lbs. He was one of the greatest wrestlers of all time because of his strength.
How do you place the weight? There were no instructions.
Adding weight is only a small part of it.
There are a number of ways to make it harder without adding weight.
There is a Gymnastic Bridge.
I would say this one is more difficult. Rarely do you find a move that requires strength and flexibility.
Do you want to develop the agility of a gymnast?
The girls in my gymnastics class did back walkovers, but the men did front headsprings. Why was this happening? Men aren’t as flexible as women.
After some practice, I was able to do this move. It’s just a quicker version of falling into a bridge and kicking over. I wasn’t as graceful as a woman but I was able to figure it out.
The combinations are endless. You don’t need to be a contortionist to get started.
The gymnastic moves can be done in a wrestlers bridge. The variety will keep you busy.
Nerve Power To Strengthen Your Whole Body
When Jowett said ‘nerve power’, what was he talking about?
Think about how your body works. A signal is sent from the brain to the muscles when you want to make a movement.
The messenger is fast and you don’t need to think about it. Is the highway used to travel?
It will be no wonder that you lose your athletic ability as you get older if you allow it to fall to pieces. Is the highway in the best shape ever?
Sending messages will not be a problem because the energy and force of the message will transition over to every other muscle in a stronger way.
Figuring out how to become stronger everywhere is what this means.
Introducing the Advanced Bridging Course
For a good reason, I call this a course. The complete package is what this is. There are four DVD’s with two each covering wrestlers and gymnastic bridges.

- Side-to-Side neck movements. How to use them and what to look out for.
- Take the front bridge to its conclusion. The best move for the front of your neck and a killer ab exercise as well.
- Crown of your head or forehead? Find out why its not always the same answer and when you should be using what for best results.
Incredible Information with Effective Exercises Hey Logan, I just received your course and I am very excited. You put a lot of information into this course. I have been working on my back for a while now and have recently turned to my neck for total back exposure. I’ve been studying George Jowett as well and it’s great that you’ve incorporated his work into yours. I have been doing neck roll workouts. It is more effective than I thought. I tried without hands for fifty reps before I got your course and only got fifteen. It was a really big change. I know what I need to work on. This course was amazing and thanks for making it! I watched your Advanced Bridging Course and all I got to say is…..WOW!!!!!!
Some of the things you demonstrated were jaw-dropping. I have been a bridger for 3 years and have wondered if there was ever going to be a course on briding since I have only seen a few exercises in other books. I like the course and have been practicing some of the exercises. It will be more difficult to do since I am a big man with a short body. I believe one day I will be doing crazy stunts like you have done. You did a great job doing some of the most dificult feats I have ever witnessed. I believe this will be a success. I have just started my training in the wrestlers bridge…about one month ago, and I am able to hold it for 2 minutes. I have also experimented with weights (dumbbells). I’m only at 35-40 lbs but am working on increasing that. I’ll let you know as I progress. I have also almost been able to touch my nose to the ground. I can touch my nose with a bit of light support from my hands but I would like to be able to do it free handed. I actually am really pleased with the info and it’s presentation. I was very surprised to see that for the most part i could do all the exercises just from looking at the book. Usually for me with physical movement that is not the case. I almost always need to see some one do it but the way each exercise was explained was very clear and easy to understand.

“Yes, but what about..?”
I thought you had a couple questions. Along with their answers, I have received five of the most common questions.
I have never bridged before. Is this course right for me?
The beginner exercises are covered. If you follow the first few exercises, you will be able to use 75% of the exercises. You just go it alone. I started out weak. Learn from my mistakes.
Does the bridge compress your spine?
Your spine is being compressed by gravity. If you bend one way, your spine will close on one side and open the other. If you do it the right way, you can open up your spine and make it more healthy. You should always end a workout with a plow. I would be a cripple by now if you screwed up your neck or back.
Isn’t adding weights dangerous?
Yes, in short. Any form of exercise is dangerous. You have to do things in order to stay safe. I lay out everything you need to know in this course because this isn’t something you should charge blindly into. I tell you how I did it and how to avoid it in the course, but I have hurt myself by doing stupid moves. You get the benefits of my stupidity. Adding weights is just part of the action.
A: I’m old, young, female, or any other number of things that might make me think bridging is not right for me. Will this course benefit me?
I have a question for you. Do you want your neck and back to be strong? You can get the benefits. Here is what a 63-year old man is saying about the course.
Is it right for everyone?
It isn’t. If you have had surgery on your back, this may be the wrong choice for you. Before starting an exercise program, consult with your physician. I have heard stories of a man with multiple fused disks who stopped having back pain because he began bridge. You are going to have to figure it out.
“Okay Logan, I want the Advanced Bridging Course so what’s it cost?”
You can get it for less than the total value. You can claim your course for only $149 right now. You can get the digital version for just 99.
You will not be able to find this level of information anywhere else. It’s up to you if you want to go through years of trial and error. You will not be getting much help. A gymnastics coach can help you with a few moves. Try to understand why and how old-time strongmen did what they did. You won’t get everything laid out in a simple to follow manner as it is presented here.
Think about the strength and flexibility of your body. These step-by-step methods can help you master some of the most amazing moves. The cost is less than 42 cents per day for a year. You will benefit from these exercises for a long time. The techniques and moves you learn in this course will keep you in great shape for the rest of your life.
I will guarantee that you will get the results I promised for this course. You can send it back for a full refund if you don’t make any progress in three months.
