Bob McGannon is the director of Mindavation in Australia. Both of these organizations focus on increasing business capabilities in the portfolio, program, and project management space by providing delivery consultants, workshops, and coaching. Bob has helped set up project management offices on three different continents. He has 25 years of experience in IT, project management, and project analysis with IBM. He has experience with technology outsourcing, IT delivery measurement and quality, business analysis, and general project management. Bob has worked internationally while playing a major role in the development of international trade applications in use in the United States and Europe, and recently worked in Australia on a consulting engagement with Medicare. He was the IT delivery manager for IBM and supported American Express. Bob is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, an Executive Project Manager with IBM, and a Certified Project Management Coach for the Boeing Corporation. He has written papers and articles that have been published internationally and holds a certificate in the PRINCE2 project management methodology.
