I started this business in my late teens and built a multimillion dollar net worth in real estate. I was broke when the big crash of 2008 forced me into bankruptcy. I wake up every day and make a choice. I choose to create and maintain my own path by taking the necessary actions. It is simple.

I only flip 100 houses per year. I don’t make a lot of money. I want to help others do this without having to lie to them. I do the exact types of single family wholesale deals, rehab deals, and rental deals that I teach.

My family can be financially free to do anything they want, at any time, because I make a very comfortable living. I don’t have to worry about bills. When I feel good, I can buy nice things.

The first part of the single family triangle.

Now to the actual class material.

There are 3 aspects to the Single Family Triad that I use in my business and it is all that I teach. I don’t keep it complicated. There are 3 aspects.

1. Wholesaling can be done in a variety of ways.

2. Selling and Rehabbing.

3. Long term holds.

The easiest way to start a real estate business is through wholesaling. It is pretty cool to get a feel for the business while you are doing deals.

You can move into the other 2 parts of the Triad once you learn wholesaling.
