Catharsis

The meditation solution is a powerful program of purification. Catharsis is a part of the purification process and as a result of this technology you will experience deep meditations that are designed to get to the deepest parts of the subconscious. It’s important to clear the mind of past conditioning because whatever is in there must come out. During periods of catharsis, all of the emotions that have been buried in the subconscious must be cleared. If you meditate deep enough, you will be able to get rid of the negative emotions so you will feel lighter. For the large emotional scars it may take some time for the meditations to clear them. The process can continue for a long time in these cases. Continuation of the process is important if you experience an extended catharsis. There are 3 soundtracks in each level. Track A gradually takes you into a deep brainwave state and track B holds you at gradually deeper levels of delta. Track C holds you in the deepest frequencies possible.

Some programs use 4 CD’s per level, each using different frequencies in their B track. They are measured inhertz. They advise you to use each for two months to gradually get down to 0.2hz which is the deepest and most powerful.

For equal amounts of time in track A and track B, the CD’s are held in 2.5, 1.5, 0.5, and 0.3hz. The 4 delta frequencies produce different chemical changes in the brain. If you want to use just one for 2 months at a time, you should train to all of these frequencies every day.

The experience has shown that those who choose to use this technology can handle it. If you want to slow down your transition when you move up in levels, you can gradually increase the length of time you listen to B over days or weeks.

The levels get stronger with the use of lower frequencies. The brain needs to restructure gradually as the technology is very powerful and it is important not to move too quickly. For 6 months, each level should be used once a day for an hour or more. You can repeat track C as many times as you please if you want to meditate for longer.

When you are ready to move to the next level, you must be the judge. If the level you are on doesn’t seem as powerful as it used to, then it’s time to move up. It takes the brain time to restructure and so moving up faster than advised is not beneficial.

Track A in all the levels includes the sound of rain and also some crystal singing bowl music by Chicchan . The singing bowls have very precise sounds which each correspond to one of the Chakras. They help to Awaken the corresponding Chakra and to get the energies moving. Tracks B and C simply consist of rain sounds. The brainwave technology is embedded behind these peaceful sounds.
