What is EFT or Tapping?

We don’t use needles in EFT, but it is an emotional version of acupuncture, and it is called Emotional Freedom Techniques. We use our fingertips to tap on certain points on the body. I’m a beginner at EFT. Where do I start?

The Free Gold Standard is the center of this website. Go there. It is the gold standard for tapping and will take you from beginner to advanced in no time. If you learn the basics from one of our articles, you can use a tool that will serve you for the rest of your life. If you want to go further, just spend time with Parts I and II.
