The Stars Align indicator is used by traders. It is a momentum based indicator which tells you when the stars are aligned. The indicator will show 3 dots when there is a candlestick. The dots represent three different time frames in which to measure momentum. The indicator will paint the dots blue or red when itmeasures these 3 momentum.

A red dot indicates that the momentum is negative. A blue dot indicates that the time frame is positive.

When using day trading and swing trading strategies, it is important to know what the short term, intermediate, and long-term momentum’s are at any given moment. If you want the highest probability of stock price going up, make sure all 3 dots are blue. All 3 dots should be red if you are trying to short stock.

If you see a mix of blue and red dots in a single column, you should not trade the stock, as the stars are not aligned and your chances for success aren’t nearly as high as they could be. When the stars align, only take a trade.

This indicator can be used in conjunction with the squeeze trade, as it will show you underlying momentum going into a squeeze which will allow you to determine whether it is a viable squeeze trade opportunity or a false squeeze trying to bait you into a losing trade!
