Specific material will be covered. Dr. Gilligan has a Generative Self model. How to set intentions that are clear, positive and succinct. How to connect with your creative unconscious. How to develop skills of increased relaxation, concentration, expanded awareness, and capacity to utilize whatever is there. Adding other resources, express in multiple forms, and integrating into generative new patterns is how to bring the problem/ goal into the generative trance. The new patterns need to be integrated into real life situations. generative trances replace negative hypnotic trances.
